Someone put this quote up on facebook recently, and it really got me thinking about my habits, and about how one’s life is often made up of habits.
Some habits I’d like to include more often are 20 minutes of yoga stretching in the morning, reading every night, writing in my journal every night, taking the time to have more baths before bed, practising the piano more often, and being more creative …
Habits I’d like to get rid of include spending waaay too much time online, and watching too much tv.
