Beige + white = not boring!

Was ‘busy’ checking out blogs on Sunday afternoon, as one does when one is procrastinating from writing an essay due the next day, and I came across not one, but two shining beacons of hope for those (like me) who adore beige and white together. I find the colour combination is so classic and simple. As soon as I saw these two examples, I immediately started thinking how I could work ideas into my own wardrobe – love the belt and necklace in the first image, and I just adore the vintage brooches used on the waist in the second (and those Karen Walker sunglasses are officially my new lust object – how gorgeous are they?).
